How do you handle logistics and shipping?
Our logistics team handles all aspects of international shipping, including customs clearance, transportation, and coordination. You will know exactly what stage of production your products are at all times. There will be absolutely no confusion about where products are and what phase of production they are in. Should there be any delays, you will be notified immediately. We pride ourselves on timely delivery and transparency.
How long does it take to manufacture the products?
Each product is different, but typically it takes 20-45 days for production. Shipping can vary anywhere from 2-4 days for air shipping and up to 45 days for sea shipping to the East Coast, and around 20 days to the West Coast on average. We offer door-to-door delivery. We also offer stocking in our warehouses overseas, allowing for immediate shipping. There are numerous logistics options based on your needs.

Can you customize the packaging for my products?
Yes, we offer tailored packaging solutions, including design services and sustainable materials. Proper packaging ensures products are protected during transit and arrive in perfect condition, ready for immediate use.
How do you handle urgent orders?
We can process an urgent order in multiple ways. If needed immediately, most times we can find it in stock. Should we need to rush from the factory, our relationships come into play, allowing us to cut production time drastically. From there, we offer multiple shipping options based on your needs:
• Fast Air (1-2 days or 3-4 days, most expensive)
• Slow Air (7-10 days)
• Sea Freight (25-50 days)
Urgency comes with a cost, but it is often worth it. We can work together to fit your needs.
Can you handle large-scale orders and projects?
